Italianen zijn vriendelijk en soms wat stug of arrogant. Op dat moment is het slim om een paar Italiaanse woorden in de strijd te gooien. Vaak helpt dat. Ook bij een huwelijk wordt er flink gefeest. Het klimaat in Italië is over het algemeen goed. Het land heeft namelijk een Middellands-Zeeklimaat. Toch kan het op sommige plekken, zoals de Povlakte, variëren. Daar zijn er hete zomers en koude vochtige winters met mist.
